Fiatalok a Jövő Országáért

We’re glad you’re here — welcome!

If you’re young, then you’re exactly where you belong. Don’t go anywhere — this platform was created for you, and our organization exists to work for you as well.

And if you’ve been young for a little longer — then this page has been made for you for quite some time already. Jokes aside, you’re very welcome here too!

We, Fiatalok a Jövő Országáért (FJO), work to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to connect, turn ideas into reality, and actively shape the future.

Our Leaders:

My Story

For a while, too many things interested me at the same time. Social issues, causes, ideas were coming from every direction — and at first, it confused me more than it motivated me. I felt like I wanted to be everywhere at once, just so I could help everywhere.

Over time, I realized that at the center of all these issues was the same thing: public life itself.

Later, I gained experience in youth and civic spaces, and became increasingly certain that youth issues were closest to my heart. I then became a student council representative. I took part in building the student council, organizing programs, and for the first time I experienced that young people’s opinions can genuinely shape reality.

I often felt that ideas and energy alone were not enough — real change happens when we take the next step together.

That’s why I joined forces with people who thought similarly. Together, we worked tirelessly to launch a youth movement that creates space for everyone who wants to act. What matters to us is that those who believe in the power of young people to create real change have a place and a community.

We focus on education, mental health, the digital space, social mobility, abuse prevention, student representation, democracy, activism — everything that truly matters to people aged 14–30.

Fiatalok a Jövő Országáért is independent of political parties, but everyone is welcome — it’s not a problem if you’re already a member of another organization.

That’s why we also launched our summer camp: to create a community where everyone matters. A community that can act for you, for young people around you, and for our shared causes — because these are our common issues and shared interests.

If you want to be part of this growth, if you want to step into a new, dynamic, youth-driven community on the rise, then join our summer camp, which will take place here and here, on these dates.

You can apply through this platform — and trust us, you won’t want to miss a truly special, inspiring, and life-changing experience.

My Story

My name is Olivér Czirok, and my interest in politics and social justice has been a defining part of my life since early childhood.

Growing up as a person with a disability, I experienced firsthand the serious shortcomings of the Hungarian education system — especially its lack of preparedness to welcome and support children with disabilities. I saw up close the lives of people the state has practically abandoned. I witnessed how thousands are pushed to the margins of society simply because they cannot stand up for themselves, or because there is no one to stand up for them.

From a very young age, I became aware that this had to change — and that those who are given a voice also carry responsibility. At the same time, I was confronted with the reality that a significant portion of young people do not want to stay in Hungary. I saw that my friends and young relatives no longer see a future for themselves here, which deeply saddened me. It was especially painful to realize that instead of offering meaningful solutions, the government does nothing to change this — in fact, year after year, it has become increasingly difficult to be young in Hungary.

That is why, as soon as I had the opportunity, I began actively participating in the work of several youth organizations at the age of fourteen. I organized debate clubs, campaigned, built communities, and took on every task necessary to create a truly functioning, living community.

We founded FJO because we were convinced that young people need a youth organization that genuinely represents them. We wanted to build an active, action-oriented community that is capable of providing real answers to the problems young people face — and of truly advocating for their interests.
